MOVE TO IMPROVE

In 2015, less than 30% of American adults aged 19-64 achieved all guidelines for physical activity.

Besides helping you maintain a healthy weight, regular physical activity can help lower your risk for may chronicdiseases including; heart disease, stroke, hypertension, type-2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

For the best health benefits, commit to a minimum of 2.5 hours of aerobic activity per week and at least 2 days per week of muscle strengthening activity.

Wellness Tip: Don’t have 20-30 uninterrupted minutes to exercise? That's ok! All you need is 10 minutes, 2-3 times per day! For maximum results in a minimum amount of time try interval training.
