Sleep deprivation has been linked to a multitude of health conditions such as: obesity, diabetes, depression, and a weakened immune system. Lack of sleep causes the United States to lose about 1.2 million working days annually due to decreased productivity at work.
To increase productivity at work while also sustaining good health, follow these simple tips that that will help you get a good night’s sleep!
Make it a goal to set consistent wake-up and sleep times.
Practice mindfulness & meditation techniques.

Limit the use of cell phones and electronics before bed.
Keep a note pad next to your bed to write down any racing thoughts.
Fun Fact: Staying awake for 17-19 hours straight, can impact your performance as much as if your blood alcohol level was 0.05%!
