Inactivity can increase our risk for many health problems such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and even premature mortality. Not only are we sitting down too much; the way we posture our body throughout the day is one of the main causes of body aches and pains.
Make it a goal to stand and stretch for at least 3-5 mins every 30 minutes. Taking standing breaks can increase overall energy, enhance productivity, lower your stress, and improve your overall mood!
