Our team has delivered a client satisfaction rate of over 95% with an NPS score above 50! We are continuously improving our processes to better serve you.
In 2022, The Difference Card Broker Partner Survey provided feedback from many of our partners that a single point of contact on all Difference Card Accounts would simplify the service experience for you and your clients.

Effective February 1, 2023, exciting changes are coming to The Difference Card!
The Difference Card Account Management and Renewal Consultant Departments are merging to become the Client Success Team! Our incredible Account Management & Renewal Consultants are transitioning to new titles of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.
What does this mean for our partners?
During the transition period of February through March 2023, you will see familiar team members taking on new responsibilities. There will also be some new additions, as we continue to grow our team.
In April, you will see the new the service model you asked for. You will have one point of contact for each client. Whether it’s a service question or renewal inquiry, they will handle it all for you and your team.
In the next few weeks, you can expect communication confirming the dedicated Account Executive on each account.
What are we doing to prepare?
Our team members are undergoing extensive training with leadership to successfully transition to these new titles. They are learning every aspect of account management and the renewal process to give YOU the best client experience possible.
