Top Sales Leaders promoted to newly created positions as Difference Card ramps-up nationwide expansion plan.

White Plains, NY – EB Employee Solutions, LLC, dba The Difference Card, revealed their new Revenue Management Team today. The newly developed department will include filling the existing position of Northeast Market Director along with creating new roles such as the Senior Director of National Sales and Strategy, the Senior Director of West Markets, the MidAtlantic-Southeast Market Director, and the Director of Client Retention.

Chief Revenue Officer, Chris Calderone, was excited to announce the new lineup of his Sales Leadership Team. “We have a unique opportunity to help businesses across the country purchase health insurance more cost effectively and we now have a world class Revenue Management Team in place to bring our product to market in all 50 states,” said Mr. Calderone.

The new Revenue Management Team is as follows:

Senior Director of National Sales & Strategy

Troy Parant will assume the role of Senior Director of National Sales & Strategy on July 1. Mr. Parant has over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry, working at The Difference Card for the past five years, initially as a Senior Consultant in the Northeast before taking on the growth initiative in California. After assuming the role of West Coast Sales Director in 2018, Mr. Parant quickly grew the California market to become one of the largest markets in the company, while also expanding The Difference Card into brand new territories. The Difference Card is excited to place Mr. Parant in a national leadership role, leveraging his past experiences to open new markets and drive the growth strategy for the Sales Team.

Senior Director of West Markets

Joshua Pyzik will assume the role of Senior Director of West Markets. For the past 8 years, Mr. Pyzik has led The Difference Card through the position of Midwest Sales Director. He will be responsible for sales growth, client retention and strategic partner development in the Western half of The United States. Mr. Pyzik will manage a team of new business and retention consultants from Pittsburgh to California. As the health insurance industry continues to evolve, Mr. Pyzik is very excited to lead a team that will bring The Difference Card’s medical insurance cost containment strategies and new suite of products to an even broader market.

Northeast Market Director

Ashley Dube will assume the role of Northeast Market Director. Ms. Dube has been with The Difference Card since 2015 and prior to this role was the New England Market Director. Ms. Dube has successfully established the New England Market to be the second fastest growing territory in country and her new role as Northeast Market Director will expand to cover all of the Northeast territory. Most recently, she finished as one of the top salespeople nationally and was honored with top awards in 2019. In the past four years, Ms. Dube has been awarded “Salesperson of the Month” eight times. Her drive, competitive nature and dedication to The Difference Card make her an ideal Director of the Northeast Market.

MidAtlantic-Southeast Market Director 

Kevin Smith will assume the role of MidAtlantic-Southeast Market Director. As a founding employee of The Difference Card, Mr. Smith has been with the organization since 2006. Over the last 14 years, Mr. Smith has been an integral part of the growth and success of the Difference Card and has served in every role from sales and retention to service. Mr. Smith’s passion for the Difference Card and experience positions him well to help the Difference Card expand into new markets and strengthen our existing markets in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Director of Client Retention

Stephanie McNellis will assume the role of Director of Client Retention. Ms. McNellis has worked at The Difference Card for over 12 years. During this time, she moved from Account Management into the Sales Department, winning Consultant of the year in 2017 and 2019. With a 97% client retention rate for her career average, her success stems from developing and fostering relationships industrywide. Ms. McNellis has the leadership qualities necessary to help lead a team of Renewal Consultants to mirror her client retention rate results.
