We are rapidly expanding our team! The Difference Card is seeking qualified candidates with Health Insurance and/or healthcare related experience in the following positions. All positions are full-time with annual salary, plus benefits.

Hours: 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm
Location: White Plains, NY
Description: Interacts with client employees to deliver information related to inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests. The main goal of this position is to project a professional organization image through telephone interaction. Must have knowledge of Health Insurance / Employee Benefits, call center experience and excellent phone demeanor.

Job Description: Provide Health Insurance claims entry / processing for assigned clients including substantiation and processing of claims, research and resolution of claims issues, addressing employee and client questions on claim reimbursements. Must have knowledge of Health Insurance / Employee Benefits, strong typing / data entry skills (40+ WPM with high accuracy) and attention to detail.

Job Description: This position provides administrative support to the Claims Department including assisting with inbound faxes/emails, sorting and scanning inbound mail/claims, filing, and responding to member emails for Claim Form attachment, member identification, missing documents, etc. Must have knowledge of Health Insurance / Employee Benefits, strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: This position provides operational support for the Account Management department. The Account Liaison is responsible for establishing a working relationship while ensuring proper communication between Human Resource, Brokers and other Client contacts with the Account Management team. Must have knowledge of Health Insurance / Employee Benefits, strong presentation/training (public speaking), organization and communication skills.

Job Description: Provide post-sales education & support to nearby clients, typically visiting client sites 3-4 days per week while otherwise working out of our White Plains office. Must have knowledge of Health Insurance / Employee Benefits, exceptional presentation/training (public speaking) ability and a reliable car (all mileage, parking, toll expenses are reimbursed).

Job Description: Underwriting Consultant will report directly to the firm’s Chief Risk Officer. Responsible for analyzing health benefit plan data and assessing risks as to frequency of claims to produce accurate Difference Card exhibits. This individual will utilize established underwriting criteria and policies to provide proper rating methodologies. Required 2+ years experience in healthcare underwriting for any variety of products: PPO, HMO, self-funded, ASO/fully-insured.

Job Description: This role requires an individual who is professional and exhibits the determination and self-motivation to both renew current in-force business as well as assist sales. Specifically, your goal will be twofold; successfully renew an existing book of business as well as sell the Difference Card products in the marketplace. Ideally the candidate would be a team player with a great attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Description: Drive sales of The Difference Card in the middle market by creating new and maintain existing broker relationships. Main priorities will be identifying potential strategic broker partners and selling to customers in the 50 - 5,000+ employee range through broker partners. Strong existing group benefits broker relationships preferred. A background in the Insurance industry (2-5 Years preferred in Group Benefits).
