However, the client challenged the Assured Partners Team to further reduce their healthcare spend without compromising their employee benefits.
Mark and his team, along with Rachel and the insurance carrier partner, designed a plan that reduced the fixed premium spend by -25%. By incorporating the Difference Card MERP solution, they maintained the same level of employee health benefits, resulting in a net annual savings of over $80,000. This brought the projected +5% increase down to a -7% reduction from the current spend.
