The Difference Card Mobile App provides members with access to their Difference Card Benefits at the touch a fingertip.
In addition to providing on-the-go access to your Difference Card account, the mobile app will assist you by:
- Guiding you through your healthcare journey with personalized recommendations
- Exploring low-cost, high quality healthcare options you may not have known existed
- Making smart healthcare spending and saving decisions
You will have access to helpful mobile tools such as viewing your account balance and transaction details on-the-go, submitting a claim with a picture, viewing pending claims, and accessing important messages from The Difference Card.
What’s improved in the mobile app (coming on 10/16/2024):
- Unified Login: Members will now be able to use the same username and password for both The Difference Card Mobile App and Difference Card Member Portal, streamlining access and making it more convenient for the member experience.
- Consistent Design: The mobile app’s interface will now match the look and feel of The Difference Card Member Portal, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
If members have never logged into their benefit account before, no problem! Members can go through the first-time user registration process which will be described in detail in our New Mobile App Guide and Member Resource Flyer.
